My favourite blend… and winner of a Great Taste Award!
A blend of salt, pepper, sichuan flower pepper, birds eye chillies and smoked bhut jolokia flake. This is fantastic as a dry rub on meats, a seasoning after cooking, used over a pizza, mixed through pasta or noodles, or just on your cheese on toast. Let your imagination run wild!
